Back in February I had the distinct pleasure of connecting with the lovely Karla Quiz. She is a pretty wonderful woman and I was so excited to do a Saturday Morning Hangout session with her and her sweet family. (Side note: Karla is the designer behind James Fox, Co. Their maternity gowns are stylish, comfortable, and functional. I honestly wish they had been around when I had my kiddo because I’d have snapped one of these gowns right up.)

First of all, how flippin’ adorable are her littles??? I can’t get over their gorgeous faces and honestly, their personalities are even better. I had a blast hanging out with them and they were completely comfortable with me from the get-go. Second, how beautiful is their home? I had some serious house envy while I was visiting and then again when I was going through their images.

Before I headed over, Karla and I chatted on the phone and talked about what a typical Saturday morning looks like for her family. We talked about what the girls love to do, but also what she wanted to remember about this age and time in their lives. We decided on a few activities but also left enough time for things to happen naturally and to let the kids’ personalities shine.
