When Erin and Alex got in touch with me about a maternity and newborn session I was surprised to find out that they were living in New York City. They were just about to move to the Bay Area and were hoping to capture a maternity session with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background to double as a moving announcement.

We met up on a Monday evening and it was kind of perfect. There weren’t too many people around, the light was perfect (I mean, really!), and we had a great time hanging out, taking pictures, and talking about life and moving and babies. I seriously can’t wait to meet their little nugget!
