I’m always up for exploring new spots to shoot. I’ve been dying to do a shoot at Coyote Hills and my model Mickalla was game. We hiked around, talked, exchanged stories and got to know each other. It was a pretty amazing day for photos; the sky was overcast which felt kind of perfect with the green hills and chill in the air. It felt like we were in Ireland and not in California!

I love moments that transport you to another place entirely. It’s almost like a really good dream that you don’t have to wake up from. I’m slowly learning to take stock of these moments and revel in them. You spend a lot of your youth trying to go go go when you really should be just enjoying the moment.
