Sometimes life gets in the way and you don’t have a chance to book a newborn photographer before your baby arrives. And sometimes things don’t go as planned and you don’t book a newborn photographer when your baby is still teeny tiny. When I connected with Adrienne, her son was about 2 months old and she really wanted to document this time in their lives before he starts to lose his baby-ness.

We decided on a cozy in-home lifestyle session at their home in Martinez, CA and I came over on a Sunday afternoon to hang out. We started off in the living room with some couch snuggles, a bottle, and a burp. We followed up that goodness with some more snuggles in the bedroom while Adrienne breastfed August. He was going through a leap and was super hungry! It’s such a joy doing in home sessions where I get to see snippets of my clients’ lives.
