A few weeks ago, I photographed a summer yoga series event that is presented by Lululemon at Santana Row every Saturday morning until the end of September. I was asked to come by and photograph by Nathalie of Be The Change yoga studio in San Jose, as it was her first session teaching since she had her (adorable) son. BTC is a donation based studio that serves the San Jose community and never turns down anyone which is amazing and something I can totally get behind.

Yoga tends to have a reputation of exclusivity, but everyone should be able to have access to it. It’s a great way to get in touch with your body, calm the mind, and quite frankly, is just therapeutic. The summer series is free to join, but bring your own mat! If you feel like you’d be embarassed, don’t be. There were people of all backgrounds and abilities, and everyone was there to have a good time. <3
